TomWare Latvia SIA is developer and maintainer of the Visitrack app (Service). Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Information Collection and Use

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us such sensitive information as GPS Location.

Service purpose

Visitrack is app for drivers. Driver receive SMS with task list, in order to visit certain points and deliver goods. We may take and use driver location in real time to calculate routes and predict delivery time.

Background Location GPS Tracking

In order to run properly this app requires to access GPS location all the time even running in the background.

You can enable Background Location GPS Tracking only after explicit click on button "Enable GPS Tracking".

You also can decline Background Location GPS Tracking.

Recipients

Your personal data is only disclosed to employees of our corporate clients who send you the tasks, and whose order has been accepted by you when opening SMS link. Employees will see driver's name, vehicle, phone number, and geolocation data in the Optimistic Route Planning system.

Any other users of Visitrack can not get access to this location.

Saved location data will not be disclosed to third-parties.

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
